Robert A.M. Stern’s Limestone Jesus, 15 Central Park West, has just listed another one of its ¨überexpensive, überexclusive apartments but this time, it’s a rental. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom on the building’s 28th floor is going for a cool $70,000/month—a price that most of us can only dream of being able to afford.
Luckily, the pricey rental isn’t as boring as other apartments we’ve seen within the building. The 3,173-square-foot home has been “elegantly renovated,” says the listing description but the standout features are still the sweeping views of Central Park.
The sunny living room is neighbored by a formal dining room and the large kitchen has been outfitted with a crisp white design that includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. Each of the three bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and there is a fourth room that is marketed as a library but can easily be converted into another bedroom.
Unfortunately, there is no private outdoor space, but with Central Park being so close by, who needs it?
