In the same building that former Brooklyn Nets player Deron Williams is trying to sell a penthouse, a smaller condo has come on the market for $6.5 million. Spanning 3,157 square feet, the apartment is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit on the fourth floor of Tribeca’s Merchant House building.

The recently renovated condo was last picked up in 2013 for $5.25 million. The stylish and spacious apartment opens up into the living room, which comes with high ceilings, a fireplace, wide plank, reclaimed wood floors, and gets plenty of light from the room’s large windows.

The open kitchen is also part of the living area, and comes with stone counters, a farmhouse sink, and swanky stainless steel appliances. All three bedrooms are located to the left of the living area, and the master bedroom here can fit a king-size bed, and features a large walk-in closet.

Aside from that, there’s a washer/dryer in-unit, and for an additional $650,000 a future owner can also purchase parking for three cars.
