It’s been a while since we checked in at 111 Murray, the amenity-packed Tribeca skyscraper, and construction is moving right along. The Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed condo topped out in the spring, and according to developers Fisher Brothers and Witkoff, closings should begin in sometime in the next six months, with move-ins happening soon after.
In anticipation of that, the developers have released a few new renderings of a high-floor unit, the interiors of which were designed by David Mann. Some of the standout features of the building’s 157 condos are also visible in these renderings, including the floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak herringbone floors, and marble waterfall countertops in the kitchen. The views, of course, are another selling point—here, they’re of 56 Leonard, the Hudson, and beyond.

Though the building is about 70 percent sold at this point, the currently available units on StreetEasy, prices range from $2.5 million for a one-bedroom condo, and go up to $18.9 million for a five-bedroom apartment. Apartments here come in one-to-five-bedroom variants.
What perhaps sets it apart from all the other pricey condos in the neighborhood are the building’s amenities, which were designed by David Rockwell. At the top of that list is the absolutely ridiculous concierge jet service, followed by a private Drybar for residents, free snacks from Baked Tribeca, a hammam, and a 75-foot-long lap pool.
