What/Where: Studio/1BA on the Upper East Side

Square Footage: N/A

Monthly Charges: $761

The listing description calls this Upper East Side studio “very large” but judging from the photos, this co-op presents the illusion of a large space thanks to its open concept design, paired with high ceilings and a plethora of natural light.

A recent renovation of the prewar apartment introduced new moldings, hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with custom cabinets, and a subway-tiled bathroom. There is a sleep alcove that affords a bit of privacy to allow for more of a junior-one-bedroom feel. A large walk-in closet accompanied by two smaller closets provide plenty of storage space.

With all of that said, how much do you think this place is asking? One last clue: it’s about five blocks from one of the Second Avenue Subway stations.
