The 17-story building is located at 810 River Avenue, and is the first high rise built in the neighborhood since this area for rezoned for tall buildings in 2009.

The SLCE Architects-designed building features a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedrooms and they’re each being offered at different income bands, for people making 40 percent, 60 percent, 90 percent, and 130 percent of the area median income.

Apartments here average 933 square feet in size, and the first two floors of the building will also feature retail and community facilities. The building is also ideally located just over a block away from the 161st Street-Yankee Stadium stop on the B&D trains.
