What/Where: 1BR/1BA co-op in Brooklyn Heights
Square Footage: N/A
Maintenance: $890
Let’s start with the cons for this Brooklyn Heights co-op: it’s located on the first floor of its building, and the entryway leads into a slightly awkward space that the current owners are using as a nursery—not exactly the best configuration for that space.
But the pros, at least to our eyes, outweigh those negatives. The apartment was recently renovated, and has high ceilings and what the brokerbabble calls a “lofty feel.” Both the kitchen and the bathroom are new, modern, and clean. And the location is pretty unbeatable: Without giving too much away, it’s within walking distance of two subway stations and several of the neighborhood’s public spaces (including the Brooklyn Heights Promenade).
So knowing all that, how much do you think it’s asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
