A low-rise condo building developed by Parametric Development Group and designed by NAVA Companies is taking shape at 80 East 10th Street in the East Village; once complete, it will offer just 12 pricey apartments. There is still some ways to go with construction, but in the meantime the project has launched a teaser site and has revealed a few more details about what the boutique building will offer.

Back in May, The Real Deal reported that the mixed-use building would span a total of 36,000 square feet with apartments averaging 2,000 square feet apiece. Our guess is that the units will vary greatly in their sizes since they will range from one bedrooms to as many as five bedrooms.

The full exterior and interiors have yet to be revealed but the rendering that we do have gives a sneak peek at the exterior. Bold columns and high ceilings across expansive open floorplans are evident in the rendering, as well as contemporary kitchens with built-in appliances.

Pricing for the apartments is expected to begin at $1.8 million and sales are slated to launch this fall.
