Airy loft in a cast-iron Soho building seeks $4M

The 2,000-square-foot co-op comes with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms

Located in a cast iron building on Greene Street in Soho, this spacious loft spans 2,000 square feet and comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. If the current decor is anything to go by, the co-op is a nice mix of antiques and modern finishings.

The apartment offers private elevator access, which lets out into the living room. Three large windows fill this space with light, and the tall ceilings and the newly installed wide plank floors add to the airiness of the pad.

The sleek, open kitchen is right beyond this space, and comes fitted with stainless steel appliances, stone counters, and custom cabinets. The bedrooms are located on the other end of the apartment, and the master suite here comes with a walk-in closet, enough space to fit a king size bed, and a “spa-like bathroom.” For all of that, it’s asking $4 million.

The co-op is just one of four apartments in a five-story building on the cobblestone-paved Greene Street, between Prince and Spring Streets.
