This railroad-style apartment in Boerum Hill boast a great location, a spacious layout, and an enviable private backyard. The building in which it dwells is prewar but the apartment is bedecked in modern conveniences like the newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar along with the revamped bathroom.

The apartment consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a sun-filled living room with plenty of windows, and a decent amount of storage space throughout. There isn’t a washer/dryer machine on hand, however, the perks of living here includes free laundry in the building’s basement along with access to the common roof deck.

The private yard is more than you can ask for, wrapping around one side of the building. Everything from restaurants to 10 different subway lines are a short walk away.
