David Adjaye's new skyscraper is imminent, Central Park-fronting tower announced, and more

130 William Street

Work on Lightstone Group’s planned condo building at 130 William Street is finally getting underway, YIMBY reports. The publication nabbed photos that show that excavation work is now underway at the site. Plans for the site were filed in 2015, but work was stalled until earlier this year. In March, news emerged that 130 Williams Street would be the site of an 800-foot tower, and in May it was revealed that David Adjaye was on board to design. As of now, this tower will bring 228 condos to the Financial District.

145 West 110th Street

A new residential building is set to rise on Central Park North in Harlem, The Real Deal reports. The 13-story building will rise at 145 West 110th Street, between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, and Malcolm X Boulevard. The project is being developed by the Einhorn Development Group with Peter Gluck on board to design the building. Measuring 55,634 square feet, the building will bring 36 apartments to the neighborhood.

115 Stanwix Street

The Rabsky Group is handing over the reigns at one of its Rheingold Brewery development sites to another developer. Just a couple of months after renderings were unveiled for the rental building at 115 Stanwix Street, The Real Deal is reporting that Rabsky has now sold the site to JCS Realty for $23.4 million. It seems the development plans for the site have remained unchanged however. As of now, the eight-story building with 130 apartments will move forward as is.
