What/Where: 1BR/1BA on the Upper West Side

Square Footage: N/A

Monthly Charges: $2,646

This Upper West Side co-op within a prewar building, located steps away from Central Park, may only offer one bedroom and one bathroom but it is indeed a penthouse.

The spacious living room boasts hardwood floors, high ceilings with recessed lighting, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wall full of bookshelves. The living room is bordered by the en-suite master bedroom, a lengthy atrium, one of the apartment’s two private terraces, and crowned by a massive skylight.

The windowed kitchen is a bit on the small side for this apartment but it is well equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and ultra-sleek wood cabinets. A modest-sized dining room is situated right outside of the kitchen.

Outdoor space is in no short supply here: there is a terrace that extends the length of the apartment on one side before eventually connecting to the atrium which in turn leads to the second terrace.

So, with all this in mind, how much do you think this Upper West Side apartment is asking? Leave your guess in the comments below.
