Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Part of a six-story co-op building on West 13th Street, this cute studio is now on the market for $635,000. The apartment opens up into the living area with the kitchen to the left and a couple of closets to the right.

The kitchen is fitted with a bunch of fancy appliances including a Liebherr refrigerator, and a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. The kitchen also features marble countertops and custom-made cabinets.

The living room is spacious enough to fit a couch, a dining table set, and what appears to be a desk. next to the kitchen. The wall adjacent to the couch is currently fitted with a tv and bookshelves, which gives future tenants an idea of how to best utilize this space.

The sleeping alcove here is separated from the rest of the studio by a frosted-glass sliding door, and can fit a queen size bed. While the studio is on the pricey side, it is located just a little over a block away from Union Square, and all the shopping the area has to offer. Some notable drawbacks of the unit however are the fact that it’s located on the ground floor, and does not seem to get a ton of natural light. But if you can get over that, this is certainly one of the cuter studios in the neighborhood.
