More than two years after the project was first announced, leasing is now underway at Adam America Real Estate’s Boerum Hill rental building, at 577 Baltic Street. The seven-story building features 27 apartments that come in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom variants, with prices starting at $2,308/month for a studio unit.

At present, only six apartments are on the market, and the priciest rental here is a two-bedroom measuring 855 square feet, and asking $3,923/month. Buzz Buzz Home tipped off Curbed about the leasing launch at the building. Of the 27 units, 8 have already been leased.

Some of the standout features in the apartments here include the swanky stainless steel appliances in the kitchen like the Bosch microwaves and the Fisher & Paykel refrigerators; the caesterstone vanities in the bathrooms; and the fact that there’s a washer and dryer in each unit.

As for amenities, the Isaac & Stern Architects-designed building comes with a game room, a residents lounge, bike storage, a rooftop deck with games, a fitness center, and onsite parking. In addition, residents at 577 Baltic, will also be able to access the amenities at Adam America’s nearby 595 Baltic Street.

After starting construction in 2015, the building was nearing completion (at least on the outside) by January this year. With leasing now underway, 577 Baltic is now just days away from welcoming its first residents.
