Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

If we had to choose one word that sums up this loft-like co-op on the Lower East Side, we would have to go with open. The light and airy home exudes tranquil vibes and though $899,000 is a far cry from affordable, in Manhattan it’s about as good as it gets for a two-bedroom, one-bedroom.

The walls that once separated the living room and the kitchen have been removed to enlarge the space and gets extra assistance in that department from the high ceilings and three large windows that invite in natural light. The lengthy kitchen is befitted with open wood shelves, bright cabinets, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and enough space for a dining table.

Both bedroom are spacious and sun-filled and the apartment doesn’t skimp on closet space with at least seven storage areas. Monthly maintenance fees will run you $1,022/month.
