The Renzo Piano-designed dual-tower condo project is continuing to make its ascent in Soho, new construction site photos by Field Condition have revealed. At present the structure is 16 stories above ground, and installation of the glass curtainwall is underway on the lower floors.

Eventually this project will feature two 30-story towers sharing a common base, with 115 apartments spread out between the both of them. We last checked in with the construction site in May this year, and at that time, the superstructure was just peeking above ground.
The project is being developed by Bizzi & Partners Development and Aronov Development, in partnership with Halpern Real Estate Ventures and Cindat Capital Management, and is now known as 565 Broome Soho. The project previously went by the address of 100 Varick Street.
Sales on the condo building launched in September last year with apartments asking from just under $1 million, and going up to over $20 million. A large portion of the condos here are already in contract, but of the ones currently available, prices range from $3.7 million for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo and go up to $14.5 million for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo.
Construction on this project is set to wrap sometime next year.
