For $799K, a serene Williamsburg studio with a flexible floorplan

Williamsburg isn’t the place to shop around for an affordable home these days, so it shouldn’t be surprising that this one-bedroom condo along Kent Avenue is asking $799,000. In its current configuration, the apartment is more of a loft-like studio, but the listing says it can be converted into a one-bedroom.

The floorplan for this 643-square-foot apartment is not as complicated as you may think. Upon entering, there is a walk-in closet on the left and the full bathroom sits on the right before leading up to the open kitchen. While the kitchen is on the small side, it comes with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a decent amount of storage space.

Oversized windows fill the living room with sunlight and there is a cute window seat in one corner of the room. The current owners have constructed a home office with what appears to be an elevated sleeping loft on top—keep it if you want, but the brokerbabble encourages future owners to split the space to allow for a (sure to be very small) bedroom.
