The apartment might be tiny, but it still packs plenty of punch

This cozy one-bedroom apartment on West 10th Street is located in the heart of the West Village, and has plenty going in its favor. Yes, it’s a pretty narrow unit, but being a light-filled apartment, it doesn’t necessarily feel that way.

The apartment’s only bedroom is pretty spacious, and comes with two exposures; the transom windows also help the light permeate through the rest of the apartment. In the living room, the exposed brick wall adds a nice warm touch, and offers enough space to fit a small dining table and a couch.

The kitchen is just beyond that, and comes fitted with caesarstone countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The condo’s only bathroom is pretty tiny, but does come fitted with white tile flooring and walls, and a glass enclosed shower.

Aside from that, the apartment comes fitted with white oak hardwood floors, and two additional windows in the main living space, including one above the kitchen sink. The unit is one of 20 in a five-story building, and residents here have access to a roof deck and laundry. For all of that, this condo is asking $999,000.
