The six-story brownstone comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms

Via Leslie J. Garfield

Spanning 5,700 square feet, this Brooklyn Heights townhouse, now on the market for $9.39 million, is one of the most expensive homes for sale in Brooklyn. Located on Schermerhorn Street, just a little over a block away from Brooklyn Borough Hall, the brownstone comes with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and tons of outdoor space.

The six-story house can either be accessed through the garden level or the parlor floor. The former features a living room and an open plan kitchen which comes with swanky appliances by Viking and SubZero, and comes fitted with Carrera marble countertops and backsplashes. This space is also adjacent to the townhouse’s landscaped backyard, which gets some nice shade to boot.

The formal dining room, and two additional sitting areas are located on the parlor floor. The master suite takes up all of the third floor here, and comes with plenty of closet space, and a master bathroom finished in Carrera marble.

The other four bedrooms are located on the two floors above the master suite, and all six floors of the house also have elevator access. Aside from that, there are two sets of washers and dryers in the house, radiant heated floors, and the roof offers views of the Statue of Liberty and the Verrazano Bridge.
