Two apartments totaling just over 8,500 square feet of space are now of for grabs on the 11th floor of the Met Museum-facing Stanhope building on Fifth Avenue. Both apartments are owned by a hedge fund manager, and were purchased in 2008 and 2012 for $14.42 and $11.3 million respectively. Now together they’re asking $29.25 million, and if a buyer chooses to pick them up together, they’ll have the entire 11th floor of 995 Fifth Avenue to themselves.
Now on to the larger one of the two: 11S is on the market for $21.5 million. Measuring nearly 6,000 square feet, this apartment comes with five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. One of the standout features here is the “Great Room,” which comes with 10 windows, a fireplace, and of course, views of the Met, and Central Park.

The smaller of the two apartments, 11N, is asking $8.25 million, and measures nearly 2,600 square feet. It’s a lot more muted and a lot less showy than its neighbor, but it still comes with swanky details like the custom millwork, bookshelves, and built-in bar in the living room; the large windowed kitchen; and the hardwood floors.
