What/Where: 1BR/1BA on the West Village

Square Footage: 600 square feet

Monthly Charges: $1,127

Brokerbabble refers to this 600-square-foot as a “sanctuary” on the quiet West Village street that it occupies. The prewar apartment is filled with charming details like an exposed brick walls, high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and crown molding. Though the living room is narrow, it is filled with plenty of sunlight and the nearby kitchen (also small) has been redesigned with modern appliances and a decent amount of cupboards.

The bedroom isn’t huge but it is large enough to fit what looks like a queen sized bed. The bathroom has also been modernized with new tiles and brand new fixtures. Another plus: the apartment comes with a key to the community’s exclusive garden.

With all that said, how much do you think this co-op is asking?
