Swanky pad in John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s old Nolita building seeks $4M

The apartment is chock-full of contemporary art

Town Residential

A celeb-worthy apartment in Nolita’s Brewster Carriage House just hit the market for $4 million, vying to become the next swanky pad in the building to sell after Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s. The two-bedroom apartment is in the same line as the onetime home of the celebrity couple, meaning it shares its somewhat awkward floorplan.

The nearly 2,000-square-foot apartment 4B comes with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms—and is decorated with some unique, eyebrow-raising furniture (check out that Campana Brothers stuffed animal chair.)

The apartment gives off the vibe that it’s home to a celebrity or someone who’s celebrity-adjacent—check out the polaroids on the range hood—but alas, the owner’s identity is masked by the anonymous LLC Holy Carriage. The owner purchased the apartment for $2,647,450 in June of 2012, and if the sale goes anything like Teigen and Legend’s, will sell for a bit less than the asking price. (Know who lives, drop us a tip.)

The apartment is on the market with Steven Gold of Town Residential.
