The Townhomes at Park Court, a new Park Slope development featuring a combination of townhouses and condos in what the website describes as a “contemporary interpretation of an urban garden community,” has officially launched, with two of its townhouses now on the market.
The homes, located on 13th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, are part of a set of three identical townhouses, and each is a four-level, four-bedroom single-family abode, designed to pay “homage to the fabric and texture of the neighborhood” with red-brick facades and “welcoming stoops.”
Inside, the homes are equipped with all the modern conveniences befitting a contemporary interpretation of an urban garden community. The first floor houses the bulk of the living space, with the living and dining rooms connected by a truly enormous chef’s kitchen, equipped with an “expansive” Macauba Quartzite countertop, custom cabinets, a 6-burner range, and full suite of brand-name appliances, including a “built-in coffee system.”
Below that is the so-called “recreation” level (once, we called these finished basements) while the upper two levels are taken up with the four bedrooms, including the master suite, with its room-sized walk-in closet and private balcony. Above that is the private roof terrace, of course.
Listed at $3.8 million (for 346B 13th Street) and $4.1 million (for 346A), the townhouses shares a virtual doorman, package room, fitness room, lounge, courtyard, and a children’s playroom. The condos, set to launch later this year, will have to fend for themselves.
