Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

In the relatively relaxed neighborhood of Forest Hills, Queens, a duplex that broker lingo touts as “the only duplex in the building which is truly one of a kind” is asking a mere $329,000.

The light and airy co-op is indeed a loft with striking architectural details and one bedroom in a quirky position. The living and dining room has been giving sprawling ceilings, hardwood floors, and designer wallpaper while the open concept kitchen features a breakfast bar and decent cabinet space.

A spiral staircase takes you up to the bedroom and another space that can be utilized as either a second bedroom or a home office. The bathroom sits on a strange angle but nonetheless is finished with black and white checkered floor tiles and mint green walls.

Both floors receive an abundance of natural light thanks to its many windows and skylights. The listing description notes that there is a large walk-in closet along with three smaller closets on hand to help with your storage needs.

Monthly maintenance is a bit pricey at $1,945.
