What/Where: 2BR/2BA co-op on the Upper East Side

Square Footage: 1,200 plus a 500-square-foot patio

Maintenance: $2,200

This Upper East Side co-op has a few things going for it: its duplex layout and private back patio being the most stand-out. It’s also the beneficiary of a few weird angles—check out the floorplan, everything is on a slant—and some serious Memphis-inspired interiors.

That said, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op has its merits including ten-foot ceilings on the main level, and French doors that open out onto the patio. A previous renovation covered a wood-burning fireplace in sheetrock—a thing that can (and should!) be undone. The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf, Bosch, and Liebherr.

The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are divided between floors, with a large Jacuzzi, bidet, and, according to the listing, a wine fridge, to be found in the lower floor bathroom. So, how much do you think this place is asking? Leave your guess in the comments.
