Parametric Development Group is transforming the site at 80 East 10th Street in the East Village into a boutique condo building with just 12 pricey apartments—and as of this week, three of those units have officially hit the market. With the sales launch comes new renderings, along with some new details about the project.
The development, called Eighty East Tenth, is designed by NAVA Companies and will offer a mix of one- through five-bedrooms, priced from $1.85 million. There’ll be no more than two apartments on each floor and range from around 925 square feet to over 5,000 square feet.
There are currently three apartments on the market: a one-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom asking $1.85 million; a three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom listed for $3.95 million; and a four-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom for $7.85 million. Sales are being handled by Brown Harris Stevens.
Each of the residences has been outfitted with ceilings that rise well above ten feet, along with floor-to-ceiling windows, oak floors, sleek chef’s kitchens with built-in appliances, marble-covered bathrooms, central air, and in-unit laundry. A select few apartments also have custom fireplaces and private elevator access.
There are three full-floor residences and a duplex penthouse crowns the building. A few of the amenities that future tenants will be privy to are a roof terrace, bicycle storage, virtual concierge, and a part-time doorman.
