Would you look at that decor

A massive apartment within the turet of one of Manhattan’s most interesting buildings, the former New York Cancer Hospital at 455 Central Park West, has hit the market for $7.5 million. The lavish apartment is befitted with decor that is ostentatious, to say the least, but the floorplan itself is pretty impressive.

The condo offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms sprawled across 4,146 square feet, with a myriad of architectural and design details that include a circular shaped living room surrounded by windows, along with 13-foot ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. The eat-in kitchen has been brought into the 21st century and given an elegant but simple revamp that includes built-in stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and a ton of wood cabinets.

The ensuite master bedroom is also circular-shaped and flooded with natural light that pour in through its oversized windows. It’s spa-like bathroom boasts two marble vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, and a deep soaking tub. Though they come in a layout that’s more standard (i.e square), the apartment’s second and third bedrooms are also ensuite and feature marble-clad bathrooms.
