It’s been a little over a year since we last checked on construction at the Zeckendorf-developed skyscraper at 520 Park Avenue. At that time, the building was just being clad in its signature Robert A.M. Stern limestone facade. The 780-foot condo has since topped out, and has now completely been fitted with its facade.

Construction got underway toward the end of 2015, and now it seems like construction is nearing the finish line. The condo, located at the intersection of Park Avenue and East 60th Street, has been in the news recently for the sale of its $70 million penthouse. A Las Vegas billionaire was outed as the buyer.

The other penthouse here asking over $70 million is also in contract. The 54-story building features just 33 apartments with many of them duplexes and full-floor apartments. Just two apartments are on the market right now: one four-bedroom seeking $31.65 million and another four-bedroom asking $19.55 million. Construction is set to fully wrap up sometime next year.
