What/Where: 1BR/1BA co-op on the Upper West Side

Square Footage: n/a

Maintenance: $1,159

This cute Upper West Side co-op has plenty of classic charm going for it, and while it’s not exactly huge, it would be the perfect size for, say, a couple. Though it’s located in an older co-op building, the space has gotten some upgrades, including custom cabinetry in the kitchen, a bathroom renovation, and a new custom closet in the bedroom. The building itself has a doorman and live-in super, a laundry room, and storage that residents can rent.

And since we know the Upper West Side is pretty big, we’ll give you some clues to its location: The building is situated between Riverside Park and a subway stop, and it’s in the northern end of the neighborhood.

Knowing all that, it’s time to guess the asking price—put your best guess in the comments, and we’ll reveal the winner tomorrow.
