This duplex loft is anything but boring

Within a boutique condo building in East Williamsburg, a loft-like duplex apartment designed with contemporary flare is going for $1.159 million. While the price isn’t exactly affordable, considering all that you get with this abode, we can’t complain too much.

Spanning 976 square feet, the apartment is comprised of two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors. A foyer on the lower level leads into the spacious open living room where ceilings soar 20 feet high and the walls have been accented with cutouts that highlight exposed brick. There is a wall of windows that invite in a plethora of natural light, hardwood floors, and a set of stylish wooden stairs that lead to the upper level. The small but modern kitchen also occupies the first floor, along with one of the two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The upper level gives way to the master bedroom that comes with a sizable walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. The space overlooks the lower level and you’ll also find a washer/dryer unit located on the upper level.

Common charges are just $339/month and taxes are set at $1,046/month.
