A little over four years after it was first announced, leasing is now underway on a 12-story rental building near Hudson Yards, on West 35th Street. Now known as, The Lewis, the building features a total of 186 apartments with rents starting from $2,580 per month.
Douglas Elliman is handling leasing on the building, which features a mix of studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments. So far only seven apartments have come online on Douglas Elliman’s website, and the priciest of those is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit asking $5,810.
The building’s interiors were designed by INC Architecture and Design, and the apartments here come fitted with oak hardwood flooring, washers and dryers in each unit, double pane windows with solar shades, kitchens with caesarstone countertops, and some apartments also have private terraces.

YIMBY first reported on the leasing launch, which is accompanied by a set of new renderings for the project, currently under construction at 411 West 35th Street. With leasing now underway, it shouldn’t be too long before the project is complete.
