What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Morningside Heights
Square Footage: n/a
Common Charges: $1,278
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom Morningside Heights co-op may look out onto a lightwell, but it’s got its location going for it. The apartment is in a prewar building with a 24-hour doorman just minutes from Columbia University and Riverside Park.
The apartment itself isn’t anything to scoff at, with an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast counter, built-in wine storage, and a built-in desk. In the kitchen, cabinets graze the nine-foot, six-inch ceilings providing lots of storage for the small space.
The bedroom isn’t huge, but is large enough to fit a queen-sized bed and some additional furniture like a standing closet and bedside table. The apartment also has three somewhat awkwardly shaped closets and a windowed bathroom.
All said, how much do you think this co-op is on the market for? Leave your guess in the comments, and we’ll reveal the asking price tomorrow.
