Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Measuring just under 800 square feet, this simple yet chic two-bedroom apartment is now on the market for $899,000. The apartment is located in a condo building on Carroll Street, just a few blocks away from Prospect Park.

Although it’s rather narrow, the apartment feels a lot more spacious thanks to the number of windows that fill the space with light. The kitchen is arguably the nicest part of the home; it was recently renovated and fitted with a bunch of high-end appliances.

The second-floor walk-up has two separate entrances, one that opens up into the spacious living room, and another that opens up into a hallway that leads to the bedrooms, and the kitchen. In addition to the existing two bedrooms, the floorplan shows the option of creating a third, should a new owner want one.
