Developers behind the Long Island City rental building, The Forge, have long touted its amenity package, and we’re finally getting a peak at a large portion of the 38-story rental’s amenity spaces.

Brause Realty and the Gotham Organization have shared images of the lobby, the residents lounge, children’s playroom, the fitness center, and the sun room, among others. Additional amenities here include a 50-foot lap pool, an outdoor movie screen, and a roof deck, but we don’t have images of them just yet. In all, the amenities span some 26,000 square feet.

The FXFOWLE-designed rental features a total of 272 apartments, leasing on which got underway in June last year, with apartments asking from $2,485/month. Now that the amenity spaces are complete, you can compare them with the renderings unveiled last summer; they seem to match up pretty well.
