New year, new ‘spotter apartment: To kick things off in 2018, we’re looking at what’s described as a “jumbo sized one bedroom” in Brooklyn Heights. And indeed, it is well-sized, with a large living room that leads into a small dining area and a revamped kitchen. (There are new appliances, granite counters, and plenty of storage.) The bedroom isn’t huge, but has two windows and a walk-in closet just off the entrance.

As for location, this is particularly well-situated in the neighborhood: it’s close to transit options, and just a short walk from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade.
