A 165-year-old West Village townhouse has come on the market for the first time in decades, and is asking $6.95 million. Located on West 12th Street, near Greenwich Street, this five-story townhouse measures 3,400 square feet, and comes with five bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

While the brokers on the property haven’t released a host of interior images, the listing does offer us a look at some of the stunning exterior spaces of the home.

Among them are the verdant solarium on the top floor, which is located across from a large rooftop terrace. On the ground floor, there are outdoor spaces both at the front and the back of the house.

The Federal-style home has entrances on both the garden level and the parlor floor; the kitchen and dining room are located on the garden level. The formal living room takes up all of the parlor floor. All the bedrooms are located on the floors above that. For all of that, this house is asking $6.95 million.
