The century-old building at 212 Fifth Avenue has been undergoing a condo conversion for the past few years, and now the developer, Madison Equities, is showing off the 24-story building’s amenity package.

The amenities include a residents lounge that’s equipped with a catering kitchen, a movie-screening room, and multiple meeting and dining rooms; a game room that has a pool table, among other features; a Wright Fit fitness center that has a yoga studio; a golf simulator; and a children’s playroom. Other amenities include valet parking and concierge services. The entire amenities package was designed by the interiors firm Pembrooke & Ives.

212 Fifth Avenue has a total of 48 condos that come in two through five-bedroom homes. The building’s conversion into pricey condos has largely been in the news for its über-expensive penthouse, which is still on the market for $73.8 million, making it one of the priciest homes for sale in the city right now.

Sales on the Helpern Architects-designed condo first launched in November 2015 with apartments asking from $3.9 million. At present, prices on available units range from $4.9 million and go up to $18.6 million, aside from the penthouse.
