It wasn’t so long ago, at the zenith of the hype surrounding HBO’s millennial dramedy Girls, that one of its stars, Jemima Kirke (who played the perpetually messed-up Jessa), shelled out $2.036 million for a Carroll Gardens brownstone. (It features prominently in a “Life in Pictures” photo essay she participated in for New York in 2014.)

But now, a little over four years later, it looks like Kirke is ready to move on: WWD reports that she’s selling the four-bedroom home for $4.495 million. James Joshua Viscardi of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing, which just hit the market today.

The turn-of-the-century brownstone was “magnificently gut renovated and restored to its nineteenth century grandeur,” according to the listing, and bits of Kirke’s bohemian side (she started out as a painter, not an actress) also shine through. Art covers the walls, and there are decorative touches—like a freestanding vintage tub in the master bedroom—that give the place character.

On the practical side of things, the home has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms; an inviting, open kitchen that connects to a deck; and a roof terrace. It’s currently set up as a single-family home, but the basement could be converted to an income-producing apartment. (Kirke used it as her studio.)

There’s an open house on Saturday should you want to check it all out for yourself.
