Home to Jersey City’s priciest rental, the 41-story building known as The Ellipse is now showing off its amenity spaces. The developer on the project, LeFrak, has shared a host of images with Curbed that us a give us a peek at the plethora of amenities this Arquitectonica-designed building has to offer.

Among the amenities pictured here are the residents lounge; the fitness center, which offers up views of the Hudson River; the co-working space; the kids playroom; and the game room, which comes with billiards, and ping pong tables. Aside from the amenities pictured here, the building also has an outdoor pool, which is scheduled to open this summer.

Leasing on the building’s 381 apartments got underway in April last year with units asking from $2,600 per month for a studio. The above-mentioned penthouse leased the very same day it was launched for $11,000 per month, and so far 345 apartments of a total 381 have been leased.

The building overlooks the Hudson River, and is located just a few minutes away from the Hoboken PATH station.
