ODA’s 20-story condo, Celeste Gramercy, launches sales from $1.1M

It’s been a while since we’ve checked in on the ODA-designed residential building rising at 150 East 23rd Street in Gramercy but in the years since, the 20-story building has been named Celeste Gramercy, and now, the building has launched sales on its 51 apartments.

The condos are a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedrooms that range in size from 646 to a whopping 2,732 square feet. Prices start at $1.075 million and there are also three full-floor penthouse residences that come with spacious outdoor terraces.

The highlights of the units include open layouts, 11-foot-high ceilings, walnut flooring, kitchens with custom Italian cabinetry and wine coolers; floor-to-ceiling windows, and Bosch washer/dryers. Bathrooms have been flourished with chevron-pattern floors, custom vanities, marble floors, and high-end fixtures.

The building amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, a children’s playroom, fitness center, bicycle room, a swimming pool, and a private lounge with an oversized sundeck.
