See various one- and two-bedrooms, all asking six figures

Welcome to the weekly Open House Tour, because who doesn’t love a little real estate gawking? This time around, we’re looking at what’s on the market in Boerum Hill.

On Smith Street, a 750-square-foot condo with lots of sunlight is asking $850,000. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom abode includes a sleek kitchen with modern appliances, an open living/dining room with skyline views, and an en-suite master bedroom. Common charges are $663/month.

When: Sunday, October 12 (12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.)

This one-bedroom co-op is actually a duplex that resides on the top floor of a six-story building on Wyckoff Street. The bright and airy home is bedecked with beamed ceilings, a small contemporary kitchen, an upper level bedroom with two closets, a washer/dryer, and access to the spacious sun deck. Asking price is $635,000. [Floorplan]

$730,000 can get you this two-bedroom abode on Atlantic Avenue. There’s an open-concept floorplan in place and it’s worth mentioning that the second bedroom is quite small (it’s pictured as a nursery). Among the highlights are a wood-burning fireplace, original oak floors, French doors, and a generous amount of sunlight. Since this is a co-op, there’s a monthly maintenance charge, which is set at $486/month. [Floorplan]

Head to State Street, where a two-bedroom co-op with a simple layout is going for $899,000. The apartment is located on the top floor of a five-story building (there is an elevator) and includes high ceilings, French doors, a windowed kitchen with plenty of cabinets, a washer/dryer, and a revamped bathroom. Monthly maintenance will run you $956/month.

When: Sunday, October 12 (12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)

For $945,000, there is this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo along Baltic Street that encompasses 977 square feet of space. The corner kitchen has been renovated and is complete with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom is en-suite, there are three closets for storage, and three additional deeded closets within the building. Common charges are $463/month. [Floorplan]
