Did you guess the correct asking price?

This week’s Pricespotter apartment—a one-bedroom “penthouse” in Bed-Stuy with a private roof deck—is asking $899,000. No one guessed that amount, however, coleco was incredibly close with a guess of $900,000.

For the most part, many people approved of the apartment’s layout, though a couple of folks mentioned that it would have been nice if there was an additional closet on hand. The terrace was deemed a nice perk, as was the in-unit washer/dryer. “It’s a very nice place,” said Views4Days. “I love the corner living room with dual exposure and direct access to that expansive terrace.”

For a bit more information about the apartment: It’s located within a relatively new building (it was constructed in 2010) on Gates Avenue, between Bedford and Franklin Avenues. There’s a decent amenity package in place that includes a media room, full-time superintendent, virtual doorman, refrigerated food delivery storage, and a common roof deck. Thanks to a 421a abatement that’s in place until 2026, monthly taxes for this unit are just $37.

Now that we’ve revealed the asking price, what are your thoughts? Here’s another look at the floorplan:
