The over 6,000 square foot building can be converted into a single family townhouse

This colorful building is located on East 1st Street, between First and Second Avenues, in the East Village, and it’s on the market right now for $13.25 million. The property is currently divided into three units—a commercial property on the ground floor, a duplex apartment above that, and a triplex on top. But the brokers on the property say the building can be converted into a single-family townhouse, including the commercial space.

The property measures just over 6,000 square feet and has a total of seven bedrooms, and six bathrooms spread out over six levels. The building also has three outdoor spaces in the form of terraces on the second, third, and fourth floors. One of the standout spaces in the building is the living room in the triplex which has 20-foot-tall ceilings, and a floor-to-ceiling window that opens up on to a terrace.

Aside from that, this house has a cellar level for extra storage, tons of windows spread throughout the house that fill the space with light, and lots rustic-chic finishes spread throughout the building.
