The 50-story, J&R Music store-replacing condo on Park Row is set to top out in the next few days, and with that, new renderings and details have emerged about the COOKFOX Architects-designed building facing City Hall Park. The New York Times had the scoop on the condo building, which will bring a total of 110 new apartments to the Financial District.
Apartments here are expected to range in price from $1.7 million for a one-bedroom condo, and go up to $7 million for a four-bedroom home. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will handle sales on the project.
The Times’ scoop has also given us some of the first interior renderings of the condo building. One of the renderings shows off a spacious living room, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and an attached balcony with some epic NYC views. The other rendering offers us a peek at a kitchen, which features wooden cabinetry along with a marble island and backsplash.

The interiors were also designed by COOKFOX, and will stand out for their airiness—some of the units will have ceiling heights of up to 12 feet. Amenities announced so far include a 65-foot swimming pool, a library with a fireplace, and a terrace that will feature a lawn.
The condo building is being developed by L&M Development Partners in collaboration with the owners of J&R Music. Sales are expected to launch sometime this fall, and construction on the building is scheduled to wrap sometime in the spring of 2020. The condo will neighbor Urban Muse’s One Beekman and the Beekman Hotel and Residences.
