What/Where: 2BR, 1BA co-op in Kensington

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $763

In Brooklyn’s quiet Kensington neighborhood, there is this spacious two-bedroom co-op that comes with a private terrace. Since this isn’t an area that typically gets extensive coverage, we’ll offer a few clue as to its location: The building is located along the neighborhoods major parkway and there are two subway stations in opposite directions that are both about a 10-minute walk away.

As for the apartment, you get a bright living/dining room with a small built-in library area, an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a smaller second bedroom that can function as an office space, if desired. Among the flourishes here are French doors, shiny hardwood floors throughout, custom millwork, oversized windows, and six closets throughout.

The private terrace spans 250 square feet and the building has a few decent amenities that include a bicycle room, laundry room, a doorman, and a live-in super.
