This week’s Pricespotter apartment—a one-bedroom duplex, located along Thompson Street, between Bleecker Street and West Third, in Greenwich Village—is asking $725,000. Among the many guesses, it was REobsessed who managed to come up with the precise amount.
It’s safe to say that the majority of folks weren’t feeling the layout of this co-op, though most approved of its location. REobsessed called it “a stylish cave,” however, Curio was more critical, stating that the apartment is “depressing as hell.” Other complaints focused on the fact that the apartment appears to be partially below ground level, the lack of natural light, and position of the spiral staircase.
On the plus side, living here would mean you’re right in the center of all the excitement that Greenwich Village has to offer and you have plenty of transit options within reach.
