What/Where: studio, 1BA co-op in Greenwich Village

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,096

After a gut renovation, this Greenwich Village studio is befitted with custom finishes throughout its open-concept layout. The living room features a custom entertainment center that also serves as a divider between the sleep area, which has a built-in bed frame, and the living/dining area.

There is a narrow kitchen that offers high-end appliances, including a Miele dishwasher, and white oak cabinetry. In the bathroom, you’ll find ceramic wall tiles, along with a stand-up shower; it also connects to an enormous dressing room and there is one other closet on hand for storage.

There is no mention of monthly taxes and the nearest subway station, where you can catch the F and M trains, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

So, how much do you think this place is asking?
