Check out studios through two-bedrooms, starting at $500,000

Welcome to the weekly Open House Tour, because who doesn’t love a little real estate gawking? This time around, we’re looking at what’s on the market in Greenwich Village.

Near the intersection of Bleecker and Mercer Streets, there is this bright studio that wants $500,000. The layout appears to be simple, with high ceilings, two large windows, a modest-sized kitchen that has plenty of cabinetry, and a full bathroom. The unit is on the seventh floor of a co-op building and is a two-minute walk from the 6 line’s Bleecker Street subway station. Maintenance is $983/month.

When: Sunday, November 18 (12 p.m. to 1 p.m.)

There’s another studio option, this one located on East 10th Street and asking $550,000. There’s an unconventional layout in place for this 450-square-foot abode that appears to include a sleeping loft located directly above the kitchen and accessed by way of a built-in wooden ladder. If you can get past that, there’s also a wall of windows in the living room and an open kitchen with white cabinetry and appliances. Monthly maintenance is $992. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, November 18 (2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.)

$740,000 can buy you this one-bedroom co-op that features a mix of classic and contemporary details. Among its flourishes are oak floors, high ceilings, at least 5 large windows that bring in plenty of light, built-in bookshelves, an open windowed kitchen, a walk-in closet, and two smaller closets. Monthly maintenance will run you $2,051. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, November 18 (12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)

Believe it or not, there’s a two-bedroom up for grabs that is asking less than a million dollars. Located on East 9th Street, between Broadway and University Place, this co-op was formerly a one-bedroom but has been reconfigured and now includes a large windowed kitchen, an expansive living and dining room; a windowed bathroom, and five closets. Asking price is $799,000 and monthly maintenance is $1,587. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, November 18 (12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., by appointment only)

If you don’t mind dropping $1.5 million, there’s this 1,012-square-foot duplex loft that has been fully renovated and offers one bedroom, two bathrooms, oversized windows, built-ins, and soaring ceilings. The open kitchen includes black marble countertops and stainless steel appliances and there is a washer/dryer on the first floor. For storage, there is a walk-in closet, a dressing room, and two smaller closets. Maintenance on this co-op is $1,749/month. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, November 18 (2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.)
