On the plus side, the apartment appears to receive plenty of natural light and even offers views of the Empire State and Chrysler buildings. Though the windowed kitchen has been given new stainless steel appliances, its breakfast bar and backsplash gives more of an old-school vibe. There are three closets throughout and a windowed, subway-tiled bathroom. Maintenance charges are $1,491/month.
