Finding a decent apartment in New York City for around $200,000 isn’t one of the easiest tasks, but it isn’t impossible (yet). In Jackson Heights, a charming studio spanning 450 square feet has hit the market with a $215,000 price tag.

The co-op features a simple layout that includes a sizable living area with space for a sleep alcove and open kitchen with room for a dining area. There are oversized windows that fill the home with light and three closet provide plenty of storage space.

What’s nice about this apartment, aside from its relatively low price, is the balcony that provides a small slice of outdoor space. Monthly maintenance is $490 and the nearest subway station is the 7 line’s 82nd Street station.
