In August, the penthouse atop Renzo Piano’s 565 Broome Soho, which listed in April for $40.5 million, entered into contract and now, the buyer of the ultra-luxe abode has been revealed.

Citing “people familiar with the deal,” the Wall Street Journal reports that Uber co-founder and former CEO Travis Kalanick purchased the 6,655-square-foot duplex for around $36.4 million.

The four-bedroom, four and a half bathroom apartment comes with a private elevator landing, floor-to-ceiling windows, ceilings that soar more than 16 feet high, a sleek windowed kitchen with custom cabinetry and high-end appliances; and two terraces with stunning views.

Without question, the true highlight of this home is the 20-foot private rooftop pool, located on one of the two terraces. Not only is the pool heated, by it boasts stellar views of the city’s skyline and is neighbored by an outdoor kitchen.

It’ll be a while before Kalanick can move into his new home: Construction is still underway, though it’s nearing the finish line.
